Editorial Policy
How guests are chosen, who pays for what, and where this show ends and Josef’s business begins.
Editorial independence
OM By The Beach is an editorial project. Guests are invited because their thinking belongs in a conversation about inner authority and human leadership — never because of a commercial relationship.
No guest pays, or is paid, to appear. There is no sponsored-guest arrangement, no pay-to-play slot, and no purchased placement on this show.
Disclosure: AirtimePR
Josef Schinwald is the founder of AirtimePR, a firm that helps leaders and authors get placed as guests on other podcasts. That work is separate from this show.
AirtimePR clients are not booked onto OM By The Beach as part of any AirtimePR engagement. If a guest ever happens to have a separate relationship with AirtimePR, that relationship is disclosed in the episode itself.
This podcast is not a client showcase, a demo reel, or a marketing channel for AirtimePR. It is a body of work that stands on its own.
How guests are selected
A guest is invited when the following are true:
- 1They have carried real responsibility — for people, capital, institutions, or ideas — and can speak from it rather than about it.
- 2They can describe how they actually think and decide, not only what they have achieved.
- 3They are willing to discuss doubt, cost, and revision, not only outcomes.
- 4Their perspective connects to at least one of the five content pillars.
- 5They bring something a listener can use in their own judgment, not merely admire.
- 6They accept that the conversation is editorial, not promotional — no guaranteed talking points, no product pitch.
Editing and corrections
Episodes are lightly edited for clarity and length. Guests do not receive approval rights over the final edit.
Corrections of fact are made openly and noted in the episode description.
Questions about any of this are welcome. Email [email protected] and mark your message “Editorial”.
