All the different yogas, … yes it is for me to bring into yoga as many as possible the people, … spirit can do what spirit wants, the ultimate goal is the unity of it, the different types I have so I can get different people in… to create change in whatever way you want to change…
- Let us talk about your book and then your podcast? When I began writing the book it was really only about sex and then after some 100 pages I got an editor and she asked me those questions, so there was a lot of questions I had to answer, the book is about self-worth, self-love, and self-awareness, I wanted to talk about anything I wanted to talk about… the podcast I started some 4 years ago and it now has 3500 monthly downloads…
